Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@rawcarestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at  hello@rawcarestudio.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and a photo of the product(s) and packaging, so that we can evaluate and remedy the issue.
