Where are your products made?
Each product is hand-blended and packaged in small batches in Portugal, ensuring freshness, traceability, and care in every step.
How should I store my products?
Keep your products away from direct sunlight and heat. Our blends are made without synthetic preservatives, so store them in a cool, dry place to preserve their potency.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle and plant-based, but essential oils can affect everyone differently. We recommend performing a patch test before first use — especially if you have reactive or very sensitive skin.
Can I use the Mood Oils as perfume?
Yes. The Mood Oils are designed as natural botanical perfumes. They can be applied to pulse points such as wrists, temples, and behind the ears for a subtle, personal scent.
How long do the products last?
Most products remain fresh for 12 months after opening. Store them properly to extend shelf life and preserve their natural aroma and texture.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship across the European Union and to select international locations. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@rawcarestudio.com within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
