What to expect for this 90-minute workshop:

Milagros will share her insights on hormonal balance. Drawing from personal experience and her education in holistic health and herbalism she will share natural remedies & tips to support your cycle throughout its unique seasons.

Alexa will then guide us through a Yin Yoga class focused on restoring your chi (vital force) to create an environment where balance can be restored throughout the body and mind.

Together with the healing vibrations of sound, we calm down the nervous system for your body to heal and sync back to its natural rhythm.
