RITUALS OF SELF CARE - An exploration of mind, body and soul
Join us on a transformative and revitalising journey, where we come together to explore and reconnect with our unique energetics through different perspectives such as Ayurveda, Western Herbalism, Human Design, and Ancient Wisdom with the intention to bring balance and purpose into our life.
From nourishing practices such as yoga, self-care rituals, and seasonal nutrition, to herbal medicine, and sound bath experience, we’ll nourish the connection of mind, body, and soul.
In our two-day workshop series, our intention is to hold a safe space for like-minded women who are on their path to self-awakening and to introduce tools and practices that we personally use and love and that will help you create balance inside and out to recover balance.

Part one of this series is taking place on Sunday, July 23rd and will focus on discovering our body energetics and exploring rituals of body-mind integration.
We’ll start the morning with Alexa Valentin practising mindful yoga and exploring different breathing techniques and meditation to nurture the harmony between body, breath and mind.
Afterwards, we’ll serve a delicious and nourishing brunch in the garden made from seasonal and local ingredients.
As we digest our food we’ll reflect on our personal and unique body energetics with Milagros Tavella and discover ways to balance and thrive. She’ll introduce us to herbal medicine, and how to incorporate it into our daily life to support our nature.
We’ll close off the morning with some herbal infusions and leave some time for final reflection, integration and sharing.

The second part of Rituals of Self-Care is all about exploring your soul's purpose.
Together, we’ll dive into the depths of your authentic self through the wisdom of Human Design. Alexa will share her knowledge of the Human Design system and how you can harness your own unique energy to live a fulfilling life in alignment with your true energetic nature.
After this, Milagros will explore a series of self-care rituals to find clarity and purpose as well as nourish mind, body and soul followed by a soothing sound bath surrendering to pure relaxation.
We’ll close off the evening with a mindful dinner and slow conversations.
