Rituals with Blue Lotus:
Tea Ritual: Use a tea spoon for half a liter of water (maximum temperature 100ºC to preserve the properties. Steep for 5 minutes.
Incense Ritual: Place a few grams of herbs into the bowl of an oil burner.
The candle flame heats the cup and the heat slowly burns the botanicals allowing the perfume to spread subtly through the environment. As it is subtle, it is ideal for use in small areas such as a bedside table or office. If the scent is too subtle, add a teaspoon or two of water to moisten the herbs.
Smoking Ritual: Gently crush a few grams of the petals with your fingers and spread over a bed herbal smoke.
About Casa de Fumos
Casa de Fumos is an online store run by two women with a super tiny studio planted in the hills between Oeiras and Cascais, in Portugal.
The idea of this business arose sharing intimate moments and long conversations around the fireplace. There is a nostalgia in us to return to our roots and to everything that is natural and pure. We are inspired by wild spaces, by the heat of the fire, by the smell of burning wood and by the silence.
Our offer is an invitation to self-therapy through smoking rituals, natural and raw perfumes and relaxing herbs.
