This recipe is a co-creation of a Tradictional Chinese Therapist and a Medical Hervalist living in Portugal.
Ingredients:
Love, Chicory* (root) (Cichorium intybus), Siberian Ginseng* (root) (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Acorn* (fruit) (Quercus Robur), Dandelion* (root) (Taraxacum Officinale), Carob* (fruit) (Ceratonia Siliqua), Licorice* (root) (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Similax (root) (Smilax Aspera), Ginger* (root) (Zingiber Officinale), Cinnamon* (bark) (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum), Cardamom* (seed) (Elettaria Cardamomum).

THE RITUAL
Slightly shake the package before use. Use 1 teaspoon of the herbal coffee in a conteiner and pour hot water or hot milk over it. Mix and strain into a cup. Sweeten as desired.
Other options:
Use in an Italian coffee maker / French press or in a filter coffee machine as you normally would with your ground coffee.
For a stronger experience use 1 tablespoon of the herbal coffee mixture in 1 liter of water and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Wait a few minutes, strain and drink.
Before considering
Avoid during pregnancy. Avoid drinking at night. Avoid if you drink caffeine.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage – 2 tablespoons of herbal mixture per day.
Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Breastfeeding safe.
